The 20 Green Main Paths of Berlin connect the capital's diverse landscapes over 550 kilometres and invite you to discover Berlin in a relaxing, environmentally friendly and diverse way. They show how closely nature, urban development and history are linked. From the green north-east to the banks of the Havel in the west, from Grunewald forest to the Gardens of the World - each trail tells its own story and opens up new perspectives. There are easy walks as well as longer day tours. The shortest is the ‘Bullengrabenweg’ in Spandau with a length of around 7 kilometres.

The themed routes lead through parks, along rivers, old railway lines and quiet green spaces - right through the city, often away from the hustle and bustle and are suitable for pedestrians and cyclists alike.

Close to nature, relaxing and full of surprises - just right for those who want to escape the stress of the city.
